Every piece comes directly from Patricia Lewis's personal wardrobe. Nothing is sourced from third parties, consignors, or wholesale lots, so provenance is known from the day it was bought. Each object is then inspected, photographed and graded by Patricia before it is listed.
These are pre-owned pieces that have been worn and cared for. Every listing carries a written condition report describing wear honestly, along with measurements. If something is not mentioned in the report, ask before you order and we will look again.
No. All sales are final. Because each object is one of one and described in detail before purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed. Please read the condition report and measurements carefully, and write to us with any question first.
Every clothing and footwear listing includes flat measurements in centimetres in addition to the labelled size. Vintage and designer sizing varies, so measure a piece you already own and compare. We are glad to answer sizing questions by email.
Yes. The archive is a single wardrobe, so each object is unique. Once a piece sells it is marked sold and does not return.
Orders are packed by hand with tissue, dust bag where originally supplied, and a fully insured tracked service. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves the atelier. Domestic orders typically arrive within three to five business days.
Yes, by insured courier. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included at checkout.
Add it to your wishlist and it stays saved to your browser, but a wishlist does not reserve the piece. The archive is first come, first served.
Store leather stuffed and upright in its dust bag, keep tweed and wool away from direct light, and use a specialist cleaner rather than a general dry cleaner. Patricia has kept these pieces for years this way, and they will keep beautifully for years more.
