All sales are final. Every object here is one of one and is described in full before purchase, with a written condition report and measurements. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or store credit once an order is placed. Please read the listing closely and ask anything you need to know first.
Read the condition report and the measurements on the listing. These are pre-owned pieces with a life behind them, and wear is described honestly rather than edited out. If you would like extra photographs or a closer look at a detail, write to us and we will send them before you commit.
Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within two business days on a fully insured, tracked service. Domestic delivery typically takes three to five business days. International orders travel by insured courier; duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected at checkout.
Each piece leaves the atelier wrapped in tissue, with its original dust bag, box or authenticity card where these were supplied at purchase. Nothing is shipped loose.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the piece before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured and we will resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.
Prices are set by Patricia and reflect the house, condition and rarity of each piece. Because the archive is a single wardrobe, a sold piece does not come back. A wishlist saves a piece to your browser but does not reserve it.
We collect only what is needed to answer your message and fulfil your order: name, email, and shipping address. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone beyond the carrier handling your parcel.
