Only what is needed to talk to you and deliver your order. That means your name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order or write to us, and your email address if you join the list. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider and never touch our hands.
Your email answers your enquiry, confirms your order, or sends you news of new arrivals if you asked for it. Your address goes to the insured carrier delivering your parcel. That is the whole list.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your details with anyone beyond the people delivering your order. No marketing lists, no data brokers, no exceptions.
Order records are kept as long as tax and shipping rules require. Newsletter emails stay on the list until you ask to come off, which you can do at any time by writing to us.
