Everything in the vault comes from Patricia Lewis's personal collection. Each piece is one of one. When it sells, it moves to the Sold Archive and does not come back. Photographs show the actual piece you will receive, never a stock image.
Every listing carries a written condition report and a grade: New, Mint, Excellent, Very Good, or Good. Wear is described honestly rather than edited out. If you want a closer look at anything before you buy, ask and we will send extra photographs.
Every piece is guaranteed authentic. Bags, shoes, accessories, and clothing are examined in hand before listing, and watches are serviced and timed by a watchmaker. If a piece were ever shown to be otherwise, you would be refunded in full.
Prices are set by Patricia and shown in US dollars. Payment is taken securely at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment clears.
All sales are final. Because each piece is one of one, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit. Please read the listing closely and ask anything you need to know first.
Orders are packed by hand and sent fully insured and tracked. Duties and import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve it with the carrier.
